  • Why use a Broker and not a bank?

Options: We have such a large variety of Lenders that suit most customers. A bank will only offer you their products and if you don’t fit that particular mould, they can’t help you.  We match the best product to you individually and achieve the best result for you.

Stress-free: We take the stress out of dealing with the banks and do all the hard-yards for you. We deal directly with the banks on your behalf to make the experience as easy as possible for you.

Service:  We provide an excellent level of service which is based on your needs.  If you need to see me outside of regular business hours or on the weekend, we can assist.  You will also be dealing with me directly so I will know your situation and be able to assist you in a timely manner.

  • How do Brokers get paid?

We get paid a referral fee from the bank we place your particular deal with.  There is an upfront payment which is a percentage of the loan amount as well as a small trailing commission each month based on the balance of the loan.  This is not paid by the customer directly or indirectly and comes straight from the lender itself.

  • Does a Broker charge the customer a fee also?

Most of the time the answer to this question is no.  I choose not to charge a fee for service, however, there are some exceptions.  Very complicated and time-consuming applications may incur a small fee upfront, but I will always let you know if this is the case.

  • How do we know we are getting the correct loan for us?

After obtaining all relevant information from you, I will match a number of different products to your requirements and needs.  You will be able to see all relevant fees, charges and specifics of each loan and compare them.  You ultimately have the final say with which lender you would like to proceed with and therefore have full control of your loan.

  • What types of customers can you help?

I can help a variety of customers with many different loan products.  Part-time, casual and full-time employees, Self-employed and business owners, first home buyers and investment home buyers, customers with excellent credit history, poor credit history or no credit history at all.

As you can see, there is a huge range of customers I can help achieve their financial goals.

  • Can you come to me?

Absolutely!  Most of my appointments are done in my customers’ home during hours that suit you.  If that happens to be at 8.00pm when the kids are in bed, that’s fine with me.
